Aims and Objectives

The objective of the Friends Association (created in 1985) is  to advance :

	The education of the pupils, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School.
	To foster more extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the School.
	To engage in activities which advance the education of the pupils attending the School, or support the School or participate in School events where appropriate.

 

Nominated Officers of the Committee

The nominated officers may serve a 2 year term

	Chairman
	Vice Chairman
	Treasurer
	Honorary Secretary

 

Ex Officio Officers of the Committee

	The School Headmaster in his capacity of Joint President of the Association
	The Chairman of Governors
	The School Bursar
	The Headmaster's wife in her capacity of Joint President of the Association

 

Membership

The membership of the Association consists of :

	Parents of the pupils of the school
	Parents of the former pupils of the school
	Any other person (with the agreement of the committee)
	All members of the general public who have an interest in the welfare of TMS and its pupils and staff
